About the equipment
Dinâmica designs and manufactures offshore multifunction ergonomic cart as custom-built industrial equipment, based on the required production capacity, plant layout and operating conditions. The cart is designed to move pumps, valves, motors, filters and tools with less physical effort. It combines foot-operated hydraulic lifting, a containment tray, locking turntable, tie-down points and braked casters. The solution can include dedicated accessories and interfaces for safe integration with the existing line.
Construction and structural overview
The configuration is intended for industrial productivity, safety and organization. During detailed engineering, frame, bases, joints and components must be designed for actual use and expected loads. Final geometry, thicknesses and reinforcements are defined by calculations and the customer’s technical specification.

Materials and manufacturing

Laser cutting, bending, rolling and welding are selected for geometry, hygiene, mechanical strength and service life.
