Dinâmica designs and manufactures mining screw conveyor as custom-built industrial equipment, based on the required production capacity, plant layout and operating conditions. Engineering considers load per metre, slope, duty cycle and interfaces with upstream and downstream equipment.
Construction and structural overview
The configuration is intended for continuous material handling and production-line integration. During detailed engineering, side frames, supports, bracing, shafts and drives must be sized for distributed loads, starts, stops and duty cycle. Final geometry, thicknesses and reinforcements are defined by calculations and the customer’s technical specification.
This is a preliminary technical overview based on the equipment’s visual configuration. Final engineering depends on loads, capacity, dimensions, environment, process and project calculations.
Materials and manufacturing
Construction may use carbon steel, 304 or 316 stainless steel according to pressure, temperature, corrosion and process. Where technically compatible, hot-dip galvanized steel or cold-galvanized steel can also be evaluated. Laser cutting, bending, rolling and welding are selected for geometry, hygiene, mechanical strength and service life.
