Dinâmica designs and manufactures storage silo as custom-built industrial equipment, based on the required production capacity, plant layout and operating conditions. Structural design considers internal material pressure, fill-and-discharge cycles and plant support conditions.
Construction and structural overview
The configuration is intended for safe product storage, dosing or containment. During detailed engineering, plates, stiffeners, welds, supports and bases must account for material pressure, usable volume, loading and discharge. Final geometry, thicknesses and reinforcements are defined by calculations and the customer’s technical specification.
This is a preliminary technical overview based on the equipment’s visual configuration. Final engineering depends on loads, capacity, dimensions, environment, process and project calculations.
Materials and manufacturing
Construction may use 304 or 316 stainless steel according to product, cleaning agents and environment. Where technically compatible, hot-dip galvanized steel or cold-galvanized steel can also be evaluated. Laser cutting, bending, rolling and welding are selected for geometry, hygiene, mechanical strength and service life.
Engineering, documentation and service
The scope may cover survey, engineering, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, technical support, refurbishment, retrofit and spare parts. Technical specifications, manuals and professional documentation may be included as applicable. Offshore services, manufacturing, installation and field support may be included in the scope. Safety systems are assessed for the process and applicable requirements.
